We began sending membership certificates to those members who have completed the procedure for new member application or reissuance of the membership certificates between May 1st, 2016 and June 30th, 2016.
Inquiries concerning the membership certificate that has not yet arrived: accepted between July 20th, 2016 through July 27th 2016.
